Green Goddess Grilled Cheese Sandwich


Balazs was stuck in the studio till very late last night which worked out fine because I really wanted to try Sarah's take on grilled cheese sandwich. I made one at first and it was so irresistible that another one followed shortly after! I never knew that spinach, goat cheese and avocado go so well together. (Recipe here if you fancy giving it a go).

Lovelies, what do you think? Would you try it? What’s your usual dinner-for-one choice? xo

P.S: Also, here is a handy avocado trick.
P.P.S: And I made those for my mom over the weekend and she loved them.

  10. I would definitely try it!! I love panini's when my boyfriend isn't around...I've never tried goat cheese, but always wanted to!! =)

  11. What a great idea! I had not thought of combining those ingredients in a sandwich before, but I bet the taste is amazing! I love yummy foods than can be prepared relatively quickly, so I def want to try this soon.

  27. Oh my Goodness! My boyfriend and I just made this for dinner! We used whole wheat buns instead and added tomatoes and onions to it! It was out of this world! Thank you, Thank you!

  38. This was amazing! I altered it a bit though. I put it on a black grain bread that looks like pumpernickel and used Gouda cheese with home made pesto. And cooked it on the stove top in coconut oil.

  40. Sounds lovely! I'm not big on goats cheese but have found that crumbly Lancashire cheese makes the prefect substitute for goats or feta cheese! Yum!
