I always leave our flat with the intention to take my camera, but sadly 99.9999% of the time, I forget to grab it or even worse, I get so caught up with things that I end up not using it. Sounds familiar? So, when Balazs sent me the link to this awesome tumblr with photographs of famous icons and their cameras I suddenly realized that if the Queen can carry her gear around, I can do it too - giggle. Bonus: the person behind the tumblr also has a great eye for recognizing most of the old camera models which is pretty neat, I think! Do you carry your camera around or are you like me and mostly take mental pictures? xo

My favorite camera broke a few years back, my husband replaced it with this huge thing that I never could learn how to use. So now I only use my iphone camera. So it is always with me.
Think what it must have been like to lug those cameras around with you back in the day. No wonder pictures were rare, lol

I take mental pictures and lots of cell snaps. I love the old cameras in these photos!!!
I'm a carrier and will one day have shoulder problems teehee. But I adore my camera, and the subjects plus the photos, so I will not stop anytime soon.
