Okay, it's safe to say that we all roasted tomatoes one way or another, right? Also, you probably thought they tasted great, correct? Well, think again, but before, try roasting them with olive oil, honey, and sliced red onion. Yes, honey! This little addition will add a deep caramel note to your summer tomatoes and it will take this simple dish to a whole new level of scrumptiousness.
